So true – our bodies may be the house; but we ‘live’ in our minds!
I believe that avoiding processed foods will be the first step in order to lose weight. They can taste beneficial, but highly processed foods currently have very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more simply to have enough vigor to get with the day. When you are constantly consuming these foods, converting to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more vigor while ingesting less. Great blog post.
