The other day I got an email from a client thanking me for the session we’d had the night before because it had led to an epiphany. This is one of the reasons I love coaching! It feels so good to support and encourage others on their personal journey.
What does this have to do with wellness?
Everything! When we focus on things that make us feel good, we allow our body to work for us down to the cellular level. Tuning into this positive or anabolic energy releases endorphins and body supporting hormones that help our bodies heal, build, and flow with physical energy.
When we are focused on pain or imperfections or illness—or all the things that are going wrong in our lives—we actually get in the way of how our body functions by dipping into catabolic energy. This negative energy releases the stress hormone cortisol, adrenaline, and other chemicals that literally can cannibalize our bodies.
So spread the love. Not only are you tapping into the power of positive energy to support and enhance your own wellness, you’re are also helping give that gift to another.
Together we can do it!
