What are the differences between therapy and coaching?

A therapist typically helps you deal with unresolved issues from the past, an emotional crisis where healing is needed to help you move forward, or disorders that have resulted in physical conditions, such as anorexia or bulimia. A therapist may also diagnose and treat conditions, such as depression and anxiety.

Hanna works with you to achieve the body you want. She is trained to listen and elicits solutions and strategies from you that will result in a customized approach to meet your individual needs.
